You take your car for a service to keep it running nicely, and you probably never open the bonnet unless it’s to top up the screenwash. Websites are the same. If you’ve not looked under the bonnet in a while, you might be surprised. Things have moved on, search has evolved.
There’s a version of your website that you’ve never seen - the one Google reads. The code underneath. And for most business websites, I find there’s a lot that can be improved under there.
Missing page titles. Broken links. Duplicate content. Images with no descriptions. A sitemap Google can’t read. None of it visible when you look at your homepage. All of it visible to Google when it decides whether to rank you.
The Problems You Can’t See
Here’s what I find on most business websites when I run an audit:
Missing page titles. Every page needs a unique title tag. It’s the blue link that people click in Google search results. If yours says “Home” or is blank, Google has nothing to work with - and neither does the person deciding whether to click.
No meta descriptions. The two lines of text under that blue link? That’s your pitch to the searcher. If you haven’t written it, Google generates one from whatever random content it can find on the page. It’s rarely flattering.
Missing H1 headings. The main heading on each page tells Google what the page is actually about. Miss it, and Google has to guess. Google guesses badly.
Broken links. Links pointing to pages that don’t exist anymore. Every broken link is a dead end for visitors and a signal to Google that the site isn’t being maintained.
Duplicate content. Multiple pages saying essentially the same thing. Google picks one and ignores the rest. If it picks wrong, the page you actually care about disappears from search results.
None of this is visible to you when you open your website. All of it is visible to Google.
The Free Audit
I’ll check your site and I’ll show you exactly what’s wrong. No charge. No obligation. No “here’s a 40-page report you’ll never read.”
You get a clear list: here’s what’s broken, here’s what it means, here’s what fixing it would do for your rankings.
If everything looks fine, I’ll tell you that. Genuinely. Some sites are healthy. Most aren’t.
The £497 Fix
If the audit finds problems - and it usually does - I fix everything for £497. One payment. No monthly fees. No ongoing commitment.
What I fix:
- Every missing or duplicate page title
- Every missing meta description
- Every missing H1 heading
- Every broken link
- Duplicate content issues
- Basic technical SEO problems
How it works:
That’s it. Your site goes from invisible to indexable. What Google does next depends on your content and your competition - but at least Google can see you now. You can’t rank if Google can’t read the page. Once the foundations are right, strategic keyword mapping turns visibility into rankings.
Who This Is For
Business owners who suspect their website isn’t working as hard as it should, but who don’t know why. If you’re unsure what a website should actually cost, that’s worth reading too.
You’re paying for hosting. You’ve got a decent-looking site. But the phone isn’t ringing from Google, and you can’t figure out what’s wrong. That’s where proper SEO starts — with the foundations.
Usually, it’s this. The foundations that nobody checked.
The Offer
Free audit. No obligation. Reply to this email or visit webuildstores.co.uk/seo-health-fix.
I’ll personally check your site and I’ll send you a clear, honest report. If it needs fixing, £497 gets everything sorted in a week. If it doesn’t, you’ll know your foundations are solid.
Either way, you’ll know where you stand.

P.S. The audit takes me about an hour. I check everything Google checks - titles, descriptions, headings, links, speed, mobile, structured data. Most agencies charge £200+ for this. I do it free because the fixes sell themselves.
